Computer vision has become a powerful tool in medical applications, ranging from MRI imaging to 3D gait analysis.
Vision++ has designed and implemented a image processing algorithm for augmenting endoscopic images that allows real-time highlighting of vascular structures. The algorithm amplifies the vascular structures and suppresses the background structures. These tools are a valuable aid for surgeons.
In a second project, Vision++ is co-developing a hand-held scanner for accurate shape and color measurement. Unfortunately we cannot disclose any information on this project.
